At ProShield Exteriors we feel strongly that preparation is the key to a lasting paint job.  That said, we take the time to prepare the surfaces properly prior to applying the finish coats.  We employ our 4-Step Process on every project to promote the quality and longevity of the paint job.

Interior Painting Process generally consists of:

1. Room Setup

  • move and/or cover furniture
  • remove all fixtures
  • cover floors as required

2. Room Preparation

  • wash surfaces as needed/required
  • fill holes and cracks and sand smooth as required
  • caulk gaps in trim
  • seal stains

3. Painting

  • prime surfaces as needed
  • apply paint with proper tools and techniques
  • apply straight cut lines between walls and trim
  • area clean up

4. Final Inspection

  • complete and thorough project walk-around with your crew
  • final touch-ups where required

  • hand wash for delicate areas
  • remove surface contaminants to promote adhesion

2. Preparation
